The boys have decided that the best way to stay warm right after they get out of the bath is to lay on the floor in their wet towels. We've tried to tell them that, the faster they dry off, the faster they'll be warm. But to no avail, they don't listen to us. I'm guessing this won't be the first time they won't listen to us.
And by the way, Jack is definitely in the Terrible Twos. Thankfully his dive off the deep end happened much later than Cade's (Jack is 2 1/2, and Cade was 18 months). But it's still no fun. Jack has never met an object that he didn't want to hurl across the room. He just likes to throw things. He especially likes to throw things when he's mad. Or hit, or throw himself down in dramatic fashion. His latest display of disapproval to whatever we've told him is to yell "bah bah bah bah!" He's just so darn cute; it's hard to stay mad at him for long.

ah, the drama
did you hear about the boys who survived a fall through the ice into a pond by gleaning information from the show "Surviorman"? One of the boys remembered that the best way to avoid hypothermia was to take off the wet clothes and then keep moving.
You could try explaining this to your boys. But then again, it could backfire.
